These Terms & Conditions govern services provided by Global Translation Services (“we”, “our”, “us”). By submitting documents, making payment, requesting a quotation, or using our services through WhatsApp, email, social media, our website, or any other communication channel, you agree to these terms.

This page is written for clear business communication and should not be treated as legal advice.

1. Scope of Services

Global Translation Services provides document translation and related services, including translation, formatting, translator certification or certificate of translation accuracy where applicable, notarization or attestation coordination, proofreading, revisions, digital delivery, and printed delivery where separately agreed.

We do not provide legal advice, immigration advice, embassy advice, visa advice, academic equivalency advice, or government approval guarantees unless clearly stated in writing.

2. No Guarantee of Acceptance

We make reasonable efforts to prepare accurate and professional translations, but we do not guarantee acceptance by any embassy, consulate, university, employer, court, government department, foreign authority, immigration office, or private institution.

Acceptance depends on the rules, discretion, and requirements of the receiving authority. You are responsible for confirming exact requirements before placing an order.

3. Client Requirements

Before placing an order, you should provide the source language, target language, purpose, country or authority of submission, required format, certification or notarization needs, deadline, and preferred spellings for names, places, institutions, and technical terms.

If requirements are not provided in advance, we will prepare the translation according to our standard format and reasonable understanding.

4. Source Document Quality

Translation quality depends on the quality of the source document. You are responsible for providing clear, complete, readable, and accurate copies.

If any part is unclear, blurred, cropped, handwritten, damaged, overwritten, stamped, or illegible, we may mark it as “[unclear]”, “[illegible]”, or describe it to the extent reasonably possible.

5. Names, Spellings, and Transliteration

Names, father names, places, institutions, and addresses may have different accepted spellings. You must provide preferred spellings exactly as shown on passports, CNIC, academic records, visa records, or official documents.

If no preferred spelling is provided, we will use reasonable transliteration. Later spelling changes may be treated as revisions, and extensive formatting or rework may require additional charges.

6. Quotations and Pricing

Prices depend on language pair, number of pages, word count, document complexity, formatting, urgency, certification, notarization, and delivery method.

A quotation is valid only for the documents and requirements reviewed at the time of quotation. Additional pages, unclear files, urgent delivery, notarization, formatting, or extra services may increase the price.

7. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, work may begin after advance payment or full payment. Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, NayaPay, or another method communicated by us.

You must share payment proof after transfer. We may pause work or withhold delivery until payment is received and verified.

8. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith. Delivery may be affected by document complexity, language pair, workload, unclear source files, delayed client responses, internet issues, electricity issues, third-party delays, notarization delays, public holidays, weekends, or force majeure events.

Urgent delivery is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

9. Revisions and Corrections

We provide reasonable corrections for translation errors, typing mistakes, formatting issues, or omissions caused by us. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.

Free revisions do not include changed instructions after delivery, new formatting requirements, authority-specific requirements not disclosed before ordering, preferred spellings not provided earlier, re-translation due to poor source quality, additional pages, new documents, or requests made after the revision period.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel before work begins, a refund may be issued after deducting bank, payment, or administrative charges. If work has started, partial or no refund may apply depending on work completed.

If the translation has been completed or delivered, no refund will be issued except where we are unable to correct a material error caused by us.

No refund will be issued if rejection results from authority rules not disclosed to us, incorrect or unclear documents, changed requirements after delivery, the client no longer needing the translation, missed deadlines caused by delayed client response or payment, or delays caused by third parties beyond our control.

11. Notarization, Attestation, and Third-Party Services

If notarization, attestation, courier, printing, legal stamping, or another third-party service is requested, we may coordinate it as an additional service.

Third-party services are subject to the rules, availability, timing, and discretion of the relevant provider. We are not responsible for rejection, delay, mistake, misconduct, non-availability, or policy changes by third-party providers or authorities.

12. No Legal, Immigration, or Official Advice

We are not a law firm, immigration consultancy, embassy, government authority, or official approval body. Information we provide about document preparation is general service guidance only and should not be treated as legal, immigration, embassy, visa, or government advice.

13. Client Conduct and Lawful Use

You agree not to submit fake, forged, altered, stolen, unauthorized, or misleading documents. We may refuse, pause, or cancel any order if we suspect unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, or misuse of our services.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities, missed deadlines, visa refusal, admission refusal, employment refusal, legal consequences, authority rejection, or third-party delays unless expressly agreed in writing.

15. Governing Context

These terms are intended for services operated from Pakistan. Any dispute should first be raised with us directly so we can attempt a practical resolution in good faith.

16. Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is published, shared, or otherwise communicated.
